ABS: Acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene. Commonly used polymer with good relationship between sustainability, toughness and strength. Typical examples of ABS use are the Lego bricks. Its use in the manufacture of custom plastic products, with rotational molding is limited.
ALUMINUM CASTINGS: Aluminum castings represent an intermediate stage in the manufacture of CNC aluminum tools (molds) for rotational molding.
CAD: Computer Aided Design; 3d design with computer software help
CAM: Computer Aided Machining; File creation for machine handling.
CONVENTIONAL MATERIALS: Commonly used plastic polymer materials for custom plastic products fabrication. The most important representative materials are LDPE, HDPE and PP.

EPS: Expanded polystyrene - Expanded material known under the trivial name "Styrofoam".
EPS security fill: It is used in fish farm cages manufacture. With EPS filler we fill the PE-HD pipes. Its function is to maintain cages navigable if water intrusion occurs (naval accident, extreme weather conditions etc.)
EUR DIMENSIONS: Unit size, dimensions 1200 x 800 mm
EURO PALLET: The standard wooden pallet of 1200 x 800 mm size. Requirements for the EUR pallets manufacture are also taken into account in the EURO plastic pallets manufacture, ensuring their universal applicability, but improved hygiene and durability.

ISOTHERMAL BOX PALLETS: (also: THERMAL BOX PALLETS, box pallets) - Transport device made of plastic. Isothermal box pallets are designed for different content manipulation and transportation. Isothermal boxes are available in standard (ISO, EUR) and non-standard dimensions. Its design ensures long-term maintenance of low / high temperatures inside the box. Suitable for transportation of frozen / chilled foods and hot food.
LDPE: Low Density Polyethylene - Often the best compromise between price and material properties.
LLDPE: Linear Low Density Polyethylene - Often the best compromise between price and material properties.
LOAD PALLETS CAPACITY: We divide static load capacity and dynamic load capacity. Static load capacity refers to the load capacity with no movement of the pallets and dynamic load capacity refers to the load capacity when manipulating plastic pallets.
MOLDS: Hollow body with desired shape of the desired plastic product. We also call them aluminum tools. We design them with CAD CAM engineering, manufacture with aluminum casting and we process them with CNC milling.

PLASTIC BOX PALLETS: (also: plastic crates, pallet container) - Transport device made of plastics. Box pallets are designed for different content manipulation and transportation with forklifts, trucks, and other transport equipment.
PLASTIC SAFETY BARRIERS: (also: track barriers, road barriers) - Plastic product for safety purposes in automotive sports and traffic.

SHAFTS: Plastic products for use in construction engineering. They are made in the accordance with applicable laws and standards. They successfully replace conventional concrete shafts. SURFACE TREATMENT: We use it when finalizing aluminum molds. Thus, we assure the final plastic product has different textures.
