SAFETY PLASTIC COMPONENT (PLASTIC RING)
In the manufacture of sheet steel, there was a problem with sheet metal edges. When 11 tons sheet steel winded up, edges damage occurred. With our costumer, we find a custom plastic solution for this problem. We have designed and produced 500 protective plastic components (rings). Thus the damage of sheet steel has decreased by 95%. PLASTIC DISK IN COPPER PRODUCTION INDUSTRY
For a known customer, we made a plastic disk for copper profiles storage, manipulation and production. Plastic disk main characteristics are, extremely low weight, high capacity, outstanding shock resistance and resistance to moisture, chemicals and other impurities in the production process.PLASTIC DISK TECHNICAL DATA:

PLASTIC CONTACT ELEMENTS FOR WATER PIPES
For the manufacturer of plastic piping systems, we made the pipe-coupling element with diameter from 300 to 800 mm. Compliance with applicable standards, high rigidity and low weight were fundamental requirements of our client. Coupling plastic elements were produced with aluminum CNC molds and rotational molding technology, which proved well suited for smaller product series.
