Aluminum tools for rotational molding are always manufactures based on CNC machining, which usually begins in the model processing stage. CNC machining of mold designs follows the previously completed CAD/CAM engineering and ensures a high level of accuracy, but most importantly total compliance with the previously prepared technical documentation.

We specialize in plastic products of large dimensions. Our products are always consistent with the approved technical documentation. Aluminum molds processing is implemented based on the previous CAD CAM documentations, which are the basis for CNC machines. With CNC processing we are able to build custom plastic products with dimensions up to 3800 x 1800 x 800 mm. Complex surfaces treatments are carried out on 5-axes CNC milling machine.

During the manufacturing of tools made from aluminum casts we use only the best quality modeling mass, which in turn provides for long sustainability of the cast models. In case new copies of tools are needed (demand for increased capacity), durable cast models make reproduction of tools easier.

The aluminum tool production technology used by Pensito d.o.o. makes possible the processing of so-called thin-walled castings up to a total surface area of over 20 m2. The wall widths of these aluminum tools do not exceed 7.0 mm. Optimal transfer of heat while using these tools is therefore guaranteed.
