Clients are primarily companies with nonstandard requirements in the plastic products field. Such custom plastic products are mechanical components, housings, enclosures, special packaging, transport components, promotional products etc.

The key restriction in smaller lots projects is the alu mold construction price. However, our plastic processing technologies are much cheaper, compared to other technologies (injection molding). Business practice shows feasibility for projects with at least 100 pieces.
What are the estimated delivery times for finished custom made plastic products (from conceptual idea to the plastic product delivery)?
Project starts with a conceptual idea, continues with aluminum mold construction and rotomolding. At the end, desired batch of finished product is delivered. The entire cycle lasts from 30 do 90 days. Please note that cycle times may be affected, depending on the product complexity and quantities.
What are the characteristics of rotomolded plastic products?
Larger dimensions (at least 300 x 300 x 300 mm), rotomolded products are usually hollow, excellent resistance to shock and bumps.
Which are the most commonly used materials?
We use all types of polyethylene (LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, XPe) and polypropylene (PP). In the case of special requests more complex materials can also be used, such as PA6 (nylon), PC (polycarbonate), ABS and some other polymers.
What is the pricing policy in the custom plastic products development?
The costs of a project are usually composed of aluminum molds constructing costs and each final products fabrication costs. If the aluminum molds are interesting for Pensito further marketing activities, we may also fund the project.
Are there any guarantees for the custom-made product suitability?
Every project is accompanied with technical documents (files), which are approved by costumer before the project starts. Technical provisions from the technical files are obligatory for us and for our costumers.
