1. YOUR IDEA We will merge your conceptual sketches, drawings (of your custom plastic product) and our technical information into a project concept. We will also take into account economic, technical and operational aspects of the project. |

2. TECHNICAL CONSULTATION After stage 1 we will define technical characteristics, price and project time schedule for your custom plastic product. |

3. TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION PREPARATION Our engineers will prepare technical documentation, including CAD CAM files. The final custom made plastic product will be accompanied with technical documentation, which will serve the project throughout all the stages of the plastic product development. Technical file will include all information for obtaining various compliance certificates of the product itself. |

4. MOLDS CONSTRUCTIONS In Pensito we handle all the technologies needed to produce high quality molds for rotational molding stage. The manufacturing process includes molds modeling, aluminum molds construction and finishing with CNC milling. Thus, prepared aluminum molds are fully consistent with the technical documentation requirements of the finished custom made plastic product. |

5. MASS PRODUCTION AND CUSTOM MADE PLASTIC PRODUCT FINALIZATION With rotational molding and appropriate aluminum mold we can produce a series of custom plastic product with custom sizes up to 3.5 m and 4.2 m3 volume. Complex shapes, different colors, labeling and appropriate surface texture are not an obstacle. At the end of the production process the custom made plastic product is further processed (installation of additional components, such as metal components, wheels, screws, electrical equipment, etc.) |
PACKAGING AND DELIVERY
At the end of the project we will provide appropriate packaging and delivery of the finished custom made plastic product.
